William walked over to the wall again and leaned against it quickly. "No one has outfits yet, I have to get Matt some regular clothes, and the other is a surprise." He put his hand to the left side of his stomach as a baby moved around, seemingly startled. He rubbed the skin there, looking down. "Shh, calm down," he whispered gently, almost as if he thought the baby could hear him.

Mike stood up, rubbing his lower back in the process. "Good. Stay away from everything neon-colored." He finally forced a smile before walking over to the boy, slowly to see if he'd try to get away. Since he didn't, Mike planted a kiss on William's lips. "Hey? I'm sorry. I love you. Everything's going to be fine tomorrow."

William blushed slightly, a small smile on his lips. "I love you too," he whispered. He ran a hand through his hair. He turned to walk down the stairs, but stopped, and turned around once more. "I-I kinda need you to come too, since you haven't chosen what you want to wear yet."

"Oh. Right." Mike blushed, embarassed that he was the least prepared yet it was his idea. "And there are, uhm, stairs in the way," he pointed to William, protectively placing an arm around his waist.

William smiled slightly as they started down the stairs. Once again, he kept a firm hand on the railing, not willing to let go because he was still adjusting to his new weight and size. He moved somewhat slowly.

Mike moved down the stairs at the same slow pace, watching William's every move. He bit his lip in concentration.

William chuckled quietly, looking over at Mike. "Why are you looking at me so funny?" he asked, still moving slowly.

Mike titled his head towards the bottom of the stairs. "Don't look at me, William; look at the steps. The steps, not me."

William bit his lip, frowning as he did what he was told. He felt like he would be punished if he disobeyed.

It never occured to Mike that he might have been intimidating William. "Just be careful." He went down the last step before him and helped him up. He smiled in satisfaction when the boy made it on both feet.

William sighed contently before quickly kissing Mike and walking over to to the kitchen door to tell the others. Little did he know that he walk looked somewhat awkward.

Mike stiffled a laugh when he noticed how William walked. "Superb," he said to himself, grinning.

William heard Mike and turned around, a small smile on his lips as he raised an eyebrow. "What?" he asked suspiciously.

"If there was a runway show with pregnant models, they certainly wouldn't hire you for the grace with which you move." He giggled.

His smile a little bigger, William raised his eyebrow slightly higher. "What?" he asked, chuckling slightly to himself because he didn't quite understand.

"How can I put this delicately...?" Mike snorted as he gave up. "You're waddling, man. You look like a cross between a duck and a truck."

William's jaw dropped slightly. He laughed a little before walking back over to Mike, trying to look serious but failing. He got up close to the guitarist's face and moved his finger to poke Mike's nose. "Ohhh, you've got another thing coming if you think I'll let you get away with that one," he smirked, laughing.

Mike laughed some more before giving the boy an honest smile. "Oh, Billiam. Beauty is permanent, but your natural grace will be on hold for another two months."

"So can your sex life if you so please as to keep making snide remarks," he smirked, nearly cackling. He leaned forward and kissed the guitarist on the lips, still smirking. "Oh, and watch out for flying cake at the wedding," he cackled again.

William shook his head, still smirking. "No, the cake that would look good here," he rubbed his finger across Mike's left cheek. "Here." Over Mike's nose. "And here," he grinned, using his thumb to trace a smiling face on the guitarist's right cheek.

William's grin was contagious. "Which reminds me of the new diet I've decided for you - you eat all the food that end up on my body."

William grinned. "You think that I would actually paint your face with frosting and not lick it off afterwards? You don't know me at all," he laughed, leaning up and pretending to lick Mike's cheek before laughing again.

Mike shivered at the proximity of William's mouth. "Let's hope there's frosting everywhere then," he whispered to himself with a smirk.
