Why can't Avians be pregnant the normal way?

Hatty thought for a moment. "If I let you let any ranting out on me will that help at all?" she asked calmly. "Because you two are going to need all the help you can get and I wanna help!"

he shook his head. "Its fine."

Rolling her eyes, Hatty nodded reluctantly. "I'm gonna go check on her." she told him. "Isn't the window still broken or something?"

Demyx eyes widened. "Crap!" He turned on his heel and began running back towards the room.

Hatty blinked in surprise before following as fast as she could, veering from side to side as she flew along the corridors behind Demyx. "Wait up!" she called, even though she knew he wouldn't stop.

Demyx threw open the bedroom door and ran in. "Cyzie?!" He cried.

Cyzarine groaned quietly, opening her eyes blurrily and rolling over to blink at Demyx in surprise. "...Huh?" she asked, hallf mumbling.

Demyx hugged her tightly. "Oh thank god your alright."

Cyzarine blinked and hugged him back a little, still not quite sure what was going on. "...I'm glad to see you too." she murmured, patting his back lightly and giving Hatty a curious look.

Demyx hugged her tighter. "I'm glad your alright."

"I'm fine." Cyzarine told him softly. "What's wrong?"

Demyx kissed her cheek. "I forgot the window was still broken, I thought Garland might of...Well it doesnt matter becayse you're alright!"

Cyzarine nodded, now waking up properly. She wasn't the best at waking up, unless it was an emergency. "That's me: a-ok!" she giggled, drawing back to smile at him.

Demyx smiled. "Well now I know you're ok. Feel free to go back to sleep, I'm gonna start trying to fix that window."

Cyzarine shook her head. "No, I'm all awake now." she told him firmly, shifting so she could sit up more comfortably. "See? Very awake--" she smiled sheepishly at Demyx as a small yawn cut across her sentence.

Demyx laughed. "Sleep little missie." He tapped her on the nose lightly.

Cyzarine sighed, but lay down obediently. "Okay." she relented. "But only because I ended up running through the jungle Mikey calls a garden!" she added, smiling nonetheless.

Demyx smiled and nodded. "Good girl." He got up and began to inspect the window, although truth be told he had no idea how to fix it.

Cyzarine giggled a little. "Why don't you just cover it up for now?" she suggested, before yawning again. Her eyelids began to droop, and she quickly put her head on the pillow, watching blurrily as Hatty closed the door, flying off again.

Cyzarine blinked quickly, forcing herself to stay awake. She rolled over to watch Demyx inspecting the window, but found she was too tired to prop herself up again.
"Demyx? You can leave it if you want." she called, fighting back another yawn.

Demyx shook his head and removed the cover of his quilt. He pinned it over the window a little and then tried to secure it, only to slice his hand open.

Cyzarine's eyes widened, and she quickly got out of bed. She cradled Demyx's injured hand in both her own and bit her lip gently. "Do you want me to get the first aid kit?" she asked worriedly.

Demyx smiled. "I'll be fine, you go rest." He eased away from her slowly and continued ajusting the material covering the window.

Cyzairne bit her lip a little harder and hesitated before nodding reluctantly. She slowly went back and lay down again, although it was clear she wanted to help. She watched Demyx, eyes full of concern as she fought off the sleepiness threatening to overcome her.

Demyx finished pinning it and turned to look at Cyzarine. "Sleep you." He told her gently. Still watching her he grabbed his guitar and thought of where he could play it that wouldn't disturb Cyzarine.
