We can be lovers

Hood handed the last dog back to it's owner and took his fee.

Xcelia slowly dozed off into sleep.

Hood tooka back alley short cut on his way back. Stopping as he saw a dog in pain.

Xcelia sat up slowly, frowning as she realised her leg was bleeding.

He went over to check on it, recognising it instantly. He also knew exactly what was wrong it was giving birth.

Xcelia looked down and screamed as she saw a blade sticking out of her leg.

Hood began to panic and counted back the days. He felt the dogs stomach and tried to sooth it as much as possible.

Xcelia followed the blade up, seeing her old master standing in front of her.

Hood watched as a amazingly small puppy emerged.

Xcelia gulped, wondering what her old master wanted.

Hood could hardly look. He wasn't certain but what if the feeling in the pit of his stomach was right.

Xcelia groaned as a blade was shoved into her stomach.

The puppy wasn't still a puppy. It had changed in to a baby, it was shifting back and forth. hood groaned. He had mucked up big time.

Xcelia hissed as her old master shoved the blade up into her rib cage.

Hood looked back at the dog, it was dead. He panicked grabbed the puppy/babby and ran back towards the B&B.

Xcelia groaned and passed out, not seeing her master walk from the room.

Hood charged up the stairs the rushed in to the room freezing at the sight before him.

Xcelia rolled to her side and tried to push herself up. "H-Hood?"

Hood dropped the puppy/babby on the end of the bed rushing over and gently pushing her back down. "What happened?"

Xcelia whimpered in pain, the wound splitting open.

Hood began to sob. Glancing around for a first aid kit.

Xcelia closed her eyes, blood tears sliding down her face.

Hood stood up and ran down stairs. Stopping just before the bottom and composing himself. He leaned round the corner. "You wouldn't have a fist aid kit around would you it's just she cut herself and it could do with cleaning and a plaster." He asked the woman on the desk casualy.

Xcelia stared down at the wound in her stomach, tears streaming down her face.

Hood ran back up stairs with the first aid kit ripping off his shirt as he went.
