Shopping in a Glaring World

Cyzarine giggled and glanced towards the door. "Home?"

Demyx paused then nodded. "Wait, I need to buy some new picks for my guitar." He sighed. "Yes I will buy them."

Cyzarine smiled and kissed his nose lightly. "I know you will." she agreed. "Want me to come with? I think we've got everything else for now."

Demyx nodded. "Sure."

Cyzarine smiled and picked up the box again, shrugging her shoulders happily. "Lead the way."

Demyx smiled and took the box off her, handing Cyzarine Rose.

Cyzarine giggled and let him do so, knowing she'd never win if she argued.

Demyx scooped the box into his arms with ease and began walking down the street towards the music shop.

Cyzarine followed, smiling down at Rose as she did so. The little girl yawned and blinked up at her mother.

Demyx smiled at his finace' and child, slipping into the shop and walking over to the pics

Cyzarine stayed in one corner of the shop gently rocking Rose and glancing round curiously to entertain herself.

After paying for his pics, Demyx walked back over to Cyzarine and smiled. "All done."

Cyzarine smiled back happily. "Good! I think Rosie's getting tired." she giggled quietly.

Demyx smiled at the baby then ajusted the box in his arms a little.

Cyzarine smiled at him warmly. "C'mon, let's go home. That box is heavy."

Demyx smiled. "It's not too bad- what's the crib like anyway?"

Cyzarine started walking, pausing to make sure Demyx could keep up with the box. "Like a crib, really. It's simple and not too expensive." she giggled. "Hence the box of parts, I guess."

Demyx laughed. "Fair enough."

Cyzarine smiled softly at her fiance'. "Love you." she murmured, still smiling.

Demyx smiled back. "Love you too."

Cyzarine glanced down at Rose and sighed softly, still smiling. Maybe this is a dream and I'm gonna wake up soon. Things like this don't happen to me.

Demyx frowned slightly as Cyzarine sighed. "Something wrong?" He asked gently.

Cyzarine glanced up again quickly and smiled wider, trying to reassure him. "N-No! No...i-it's just I never thought I'd be getting married or have a baby..." she blushed a little, but remained smiling.

Demyx tilted his head a little. "Why the stuttering?" He ajusted the box so he was able to wrap his free arm around her.

Cyzarine blushed some more and shrugged as much as she could without dislodging Rose. She mumbed her reply sheepishly, looking away shyly.
