Mike smiled. He stopped his kisses and leant his cheek on the boy's chest, hugging him.

William gave a contented sigh and moved his head back so that he was more comfortable.

Mike laughed silently. "Sorry, I needed to do that." He looked up. "You're smiling now."

William nodded slightly, smiling down as he raised his head and put a hand on Mike's head.

Mike took William's hand and brought it close to his chest. "So you're not sad anymore?"

William grinned. "I can't stay sad or mad at my babies' daddy for too long," he laughed.

"Mhm, thankfully." Mike lifted himself in a sitting position and kissed William's lips. "Cheer up, emo kid."

William sighed again, closing his eyes. When he opened them, their bloodshot color became more apparent as the sunlight shined in through a window.

Mike looked at William, studying and touching the pale skin over his cheekbones. "Hey, miss Moody. We'll go feed. You'll feel better."

William nodded, smiling. His tired eyes and pale skin made him look ill. He slowly sat up, putting a hand to his stomach as he did so.

Mike wrapped his fingers around William's forearms to help him stand. "We'll go hunt in the city."

William nodded. He smiled and tried to hide the pain when Mike's fingers acccidently grasped a bruise. He stood up slowly, making sure that he wouldn't get dizzy.

"Here, wrap your arms around me," Mike told his boyfriend. "Feeling alright? I'll help you walk."

William did as he was told, wrapping an arm around Mike's waist. He smiled. "Thanks," he whispered, biting the guitarist's ear lobe playfully.

Mike shivered. "Tease," he whispered before taking William's free hand and walking for the door.
