Butcher raised his face from his knees and moved his wings out of the way so he could watch the little girl. He smiled slightly. She was a beautiful little girl, but at the same time she was a sign. I need to get over him.

Cyzarine's eyes widened in surprise as what she assumed to be a small portion of what Angel was feeling hit her too. However, unlike the smaller girl she had never felt anything like that before.
The tears came faster, a small incoherrent cry of pain escaping her lips as she gasped for breath. "Angel..." she whispered. I'm feeling what you feel and seeing your memories. she told the girl. Angel you have to make it stop - please!

Butcher slowly pulled his wings into his back and relaxed against the wall. He didn't care about how his eyes looked or the grimy tearstains on his face. Turning his head slightly he looked at Mike, "So anything new with you?"

Cyzarine froze for a second as Angel faded with Nick, before smiling slightly in relief as the last of the girl's memories faded with her. She slumped to the side, one temple pressed against the cold stone floor. Tears continued to drip from her eyes as she lay, unmoving except for her heavy breathing as she tried to recover and make sense of what she'd seen.
Mike Carden would pay for that later, she decided silently.

"Oh," Butcher nodded slightly. He let his eyes stray from Mike and they fell on Mikey as if they were drawn to him. He blushed and looked down at his feet, slipping a hand under his shirt onto his stomach to feel if his wounds had healed themselves yet. They hadn't so he removed his hand quickly.

Cyzarine closed her eyes for a few moments, listening to her own breathing and the faint whirl of thoughts around her - they bombarded her whenever her blocks fell.
She sat up sharply as one thought hit her. She didn't think it was from someone in the room, yet and definitely wasn't from Demyx. She frowned and looked round, wondering if the person was near after all.

Butcher smiled sadly at Mike, "You don't know everything that happened." Instead of explaining he walked down the stairs slowly, heart beating faster as he moved towards Mikey. I'd do it again for you.

Cyzarine was confused. A frown creasing her brow, she stumbled to her feet, not expecting anyone to really see her. They only did that when she wanted to be ignored.
Casting her mind back to that one thought in particular, she tried to find who had sent it, only to draw a blank at first. She tried again, her frown deepening as her gaze turned to Mike.
I saw Angel's memories. she told him, her face blank and eyes locked on his.

Cyzarine surveyed him for a few seconds, her expression never changing. Oh good, you've figured out how to respond. she murmured mentally, a slight wry smile creeping onto her face as she avaded the question.

Butcher sat next to Mikey silently and watched him, too afraid to touch him.

Cyzarine tilted her head to one side in thought. She looked childlike as she did so, the smile turning warmer. I'm not sure. I'm not angry and nor am I disgusted. If you truly regret what you've done then I can forgive you. Her brow creased into a frown again. Are you sorry? She asked him.

Butcher scooted as close to Mikey as he could without actually touching him. Maybe it's better this way. We don't know each other at all.

Cyzarine blinked, not sure if Mike had intended for her to hear the last part. However she had and she smiled. "Good." she said simply. She walked voer to him slowly, taking her time in case he didn't want her there. She sat down next to him on the step, glancing to Butcher and Mikey before speaking again.
"She suffered. But I think she'd forgive you if she knew you'd go back in time to change it." she told him.
