Chase touched the eyedropper and stared at it, not really suer what to do. He squeezed on the wrong part with his weak grip so nothing came out.

Mikey smiled and refilled it. He gently squirted some more blood into Chase's mouth, rubbing his throat.

Chase swallowed, gratefull that he had someone big to take care of him though he didn't really understand the concepts yet.

Mikey put the bottle away, squeaking as Nils climbed over his legs to snuggle into them. Josie poked Reve curiously.

Chase gurgled happily when he saw Nils. Reve automatically latched onto Josie, hugging her. Butcher watched and chuckled.

"Can we change Reve's name to limpit, or do you think she's got used to Reve by now?" Mikey chuckled, scratching Tamsin's head. The kitten purred.

"I don't know," Butcher leaned closer and petted Reve's hair. "How are you my little Tangerine?" She giggled at him as she clung to Josie.

Butcher looked around the room and then at the children and blinked. "It's not so bad in here." Reve bit Josie gently.

"Maybe Reve bites people she likes?" Butcher rubbed his arm, not sure if he liked that kind of love. "She looks calm now."

"I am?" Butcher scratched his head. Reve smiled up at them as wide as she could.

Butcher shugged and moved closer to Mikey without thinking about it. "Those two are quiet," he nodded at Zeke and Chester. "And Adelaide is very calm at least."

"Those two make me suspicious." Mikey said as another chorus of "Ba!" started up. "And Adelaide's just Adelaide."
