Josie hit her older brother, making him squeak, before looking over to Reve. Mikey watched tiredly.

Reve blinked up at the Butcher when she realized she wasn't in his arms anymore and refocused her attention on Josie. "I wonder what it will be like whey they all start talking."

"Loud." Mikey held out his hand for the dropper.

"Oh here... wait." Butcher frowned slightly. Reve held the dropper up with a giggle.

Mikey rolled his eyes, stroking Chase's hair gently.

"Oh," Butcher took the eyedropper and gave it to Mikey. "How did you get that?"

Mikey filled the dropper up and placed it in Chase's mouth. He rubbed his son's throat. Nils watched wide eyed.

Chase swallowed and blinked up at Mikey in confusion.

Mikey smiled at him. "Good boy." He repeated the action.

Chase swallowed again, looking just as confused as he did the first time. He smiled a little when he realized that this was a good thing.

Mikey's smile grew broader as he fed the baby.

Chase eagerly opened his mouth for more drops, still not sure about the swallowing part but liking that his stomach was starting to feel full.

Chase waited patiently and opened his mouth obediently when Mikey raised the dropper again.

Mikey dropped the blood in, but didn't rub Chase's throat, seeing if he could swallow alone.

Chase's eyes widened and he choked a little though he managed to get some of the blood down.

Mikey's eyes widened. He rubbed Chase's throat softly. "We're going to have to be careful with him."

"He's so small," Butcher said quietly as he watched Chase start to swallow correctly.
