Michael pulled into the nearest parking space, not paying attention to whether it was reserved or not. He didn't notice the 'expecting mothers only' sign as me moved over to take Bill out.

Bill's thin body lolled again Michael weakly.

Michael didn't even have to say a word when he entered the building. The moment he opened his mouth to ask for help the workers noticed Bill and immediately sprang to action.

Bill was carried off into the hospital. A doctor paused. "What happened?"

Michael scratched his head, "We were arguing and he collapsed."

One of the emergency workers swore when he checked Bill's vital signs. "Hurry! We don't have much time!"

The doctor gestured for Michael to follow him. "He had a heart attack."

Michael's face fell, losing his hopeful smile as he followed.

"That's good," a doctor looked at the heart monitor as the paddles to kickstart his heart were brought out.

"May I ask what relation you are to the patient?" The doctor, a young female, looked at him.

"Friend," Michael decided to say. "At least I hope. He might not think so."

Bill's body jerked as the electrical pulse ran through him.

The doctor frowned. "Usually, we only let family here."

"We'll need to keep an eye on this one for awhile... And another," the doctor in charge ordered another jolt to be sent into Bill's small frame.

"Can you hear me, Miss? Keep holding on," one of the assistants tried to talk to Bill.

"His family is in Germany," Michael smiled sadly.

Bill's body jerked again, before he groaned.

"Well... can you fill in the medical details?" The doctor handed him her clipboard.

"We've got her... him?" the assistant frowned. "Look at this." He gently took hold of Bill's wrist to lift his arm.

"I'll try," Michael's eyebrows furrowed as he read over the form.

Bill's eyes fluttered open. He glared balefully at the medical staff.

The doctor sighed, looking at her watch.

"Let's move him to room twenty-eight," The doctor chuckled.

Michael's eyes drifted up and he noticed the doctor's impatience so he hurried to finish the rest.

Bill groaned again, his hair flickering.

"Can you say your name?" The doctor tried to test how conscious Bill was as everyone scrambled to move him.

"Here," Michael handed the clipboard back.

Bill's hair flickered again, his eyelids pale. Tom swallowed. "T-Tom Kaulitz..."

The doctor raised an eyebrow, sure that everyone was much too busy taking care of equipment and checking to make sure everything was ready to notice the change.

"Follow me, sir." The doctor took off at a brisk pace.

"You had a heart attack," the doctor answered his question indirectly.

Michael followed, face grim.

"What...?" Tom looked around. "W-where's Michael?"

"Go ahead, sir." The doctor caught another one of the medical team to discuss with them.

"Tom?" Michael asked cautiously, moving closer.

"... body mass index too low..." he thought he heard one of the doctor's say.

"They want to make sure you're okay," Michael looked at the medical professionals nervously.
