Joshua made a quiet gurgling noise as he moved Mike's finger around, almost unable to due to his extremely tiny hand size. He moved his father's finger over to William's forehead.

Mike chuckled. He looked at his lover. "Is that a yes?"

William smiled and nodded, poking his son in the stomach very gently. The baby made another gurgling noise that sounded like a giggle.

Mike laughed. He poked William's stomach to see if he'd get a similar reaction.

"But when he's be older he'll be beautiful like you," Mike told him. He nuzzled his hair. "Kiss me, William."

William twisted his back slightly, not wincing as he did so. He twisted his back as far as possible and kissed Mike, as well as showing the guitarist how flexible he was.

Mike smiled into the kissed and, having missed William so much, slipped his tongue inside the man's mouth.

William slipped his tongue in as well, knowing that they couldn't get very far any time soon. Enjoy this moment.

Mike didn't show any lust, only the need to be close to William again. He ended the kiss shorty after with a small peck on his lips.

William smiled and nuzzled ino Mike's chest. He grinned when the tiny baby in his arms made another gurgling noise at the sight of his parents.

Mike smiled at both of them. "We'll find Sarh-Gabrielle and Christopher. And then we'll stay like this forever, just the five of us."

William smiled somewhat sadly at the mention of his other two children. "We have to get them soon," he said quietly, trying to think of a plan.

"I have one...but you won't like it," Mike warned him. "It's not 100% safe."

"Okay, well..." Mike took a deep breath. "We give Ryland what he wants. Which is, uhm, Tom." He waited for William's reaction before adding anything.

"Mike...," William sighed, looking down at the ground for a moment. "We can't trade just to lose someone else. There's got to be another way..."

"I know. That's where Michael comes in." Mike tried to find a quick way to explain everything. "He's a protector, like I was. I can fight vampires. Ryland only told us not to interfere. And besides...I think there's something between Michael and Tom. Well, I don't think - there is something."

William's eyes widened only slightly as he nodded his head. "There's only one problem - we can't put him up against an entire army of vampires on his own."

"He's supposed to be prepared for that." Mike chewed on his lip. "Besides, I don't think Ryland's going to wait until we nicely bring him to the Meagan..."

William slowly sat up, wincing. He couldn't lean back in the chair, and when he didn't, his hips were sore. He squirmed slightly to try and be comfortable. "Are you sure that there's no other way?" he asked, still worried.

"If there was, we should have thought about it sooner. I don't think we have a choice now." He shrugged, although he did feel bad for it.
