Hell hath no lungs like Hatty

Cyzarine gasped and tried to follow Demyx. Except there was a slight problem: now she couldn't see Demyx. "Demyx?!" she yelled, tears in her eyes again. "Demyx, I can't see you! Where are you?!"

Demyx paused and spun around. "Cyzie?!" He called out into the darkness. He reached forwards, only to grab a hand. "Cyzie!" He said happily, pulling the person forwards. Except it wasn't Cyzarine. Demyx's eyes widened. "Run Cyzarine!" He called out, hoping Cyzarine could hear him. He wouldnt let Garland get Cyzarine!

Cyzarine's eyes widened as she heard Demyx calling. She guessed what was happening, but as she couldn't see them she couldn't help. She had no idea what was happening, and it killed her.
"Demyx?" she called. She screamed quietly as her vision went fuzzy. She'd always relied on her eyesight and now...Cyzarine closed her eyes and tried to remain calm, backing against the wall behind her and sinking down to rest her forehead against her knees, trying not to cry.

Demyx took a few steps backwards. "Leave Cyzarine alone!" He shouted, balling his hands into fists. "If you so much as go near her I will kill you!" He growled, spinning on his heel and running off into the fog. "Cyzie?!" He called into the darkness.

Cyzarine's eyes snapped open, vision clearing at once. She briefly wondered what had caused her eyesight to falter, before pushing the matter aside as she spotted Demyx in the fog. She pushed herself up and grabbed hi hand as he passed her.

Demyx pulled Cyzarine up and began running, trying to pull them out of the fog.

Cyzarine frowned and glanced over her shoulder, trying to figure out what had Demyx so afraid. Her eyes widened as a pair of arms were wrapped round her waist from behind her, pulling her hand from Demyx's as she was moved back inot the fog. She started struggling, calling for Demyx again.

Upon feeling Cyzarine getting pulled away from him Demyx spun around. "Cyzie!" He screamed into the fog. He froze as he saw someone walking towards him. "Where's Cyzarine?!" He demanded.

Cyzarine fought to see through fearful tears, eyes widened as she saw another man walking towards Demyx. However, a hand over her mouth prevented her from speaking out.
Behind you! she told him desperately.

Demyx spun around, only to get punched in the face. He groaned and sank backwards.

Cyzarine let out a small cry which was muffled by the hand over her mouth. Demyx! Are you okay?! she gasped.

The henchman smirked and glanced to his master, before glancing at his fist to see if it was brusied. "Moron." he muttered.

Demyx kicked a leg out, causing the man to fall to the floor.

Garland tightened his grip on Cyzarine a little and took a small step backwards.

Cyzarine watched the other man fall to the floor, before stiffening as she spotted a gun on the henchman's belt. Demyx, he has a gun. Watch out.

Knowing she'd probably spotted it, the henchman drew his gun and pointed it at Demyx, glancing to Garland and smirking.

Demyx paused as he saw the gun pointed at him. Slowly he raised his hands in a gesture of giving up, but kicked a leg up. The gun flew from the henchman's hand and landed nearby.

Garland narrowed his eyes as he saw Demyx kick the gun away and began walking backwards with Cyzarine.

Cyzarine started struggling again, trying to bite the hand across her mouth. She tried to kicking out, but as he was a good couple of heads taller than her she knew this probably wouldn't work. Let me go! she ordered mentally.

The henchman's eyes widened in surprise, but he quickly recovered, taking the opportunity to kick Demyx in the face.

Demyx spat out blood and then grabbed a fistfull of the henchmens hair,yanking his head towards him and then shoving a thumb down the side of his eye. Blood spurted everywhere, and Demyx pulled away from him.
"Cyzarine?!"He called out.

Cyzarine squeezed her eyes tight shut to avoid watching what had happened to the henchman's eye. She shivered involuntarily at the thought. Her eyes opened again at Demyx's call, but the hand on her mouth prevented her speaking still.
Help. she pleased mentally. I can't speak.

Demyx went to move towards her, only for the henchman to grab him by the back of his t-shirt and hurl him into the fog.

Garland grinned at what happened to Demyx and picked Cyzarine up, carrying her backwards.
"You're coming with me Cyzarine." He told her simply.

Cyzarine struggled again, recognising both his touch and his voice. "No!" she cried. Her wings snapped open in an attempt to push Garland away from her.

Meanwhile, the henchman advanced on Demyx, glaring furiously at him.

Demyx eased himself into a sitting position, glaring at the henchman. He cracked his knuckles a little and stood up. The happy go lucky Demyx was gone, in replace there was a determind angry fighter. He swung a punch at the henchmans face, hitting him in the jaw.

Garland lost his grip on Cyzarine when she opened her wings, but quickly tried to re-grab her.

Cyzarine let out a small cry as she felt Garland pull out a couple of feathers, quite close to her pin feathers, which scared her. She tried running, but her vision was blurring again. Tears ran down her cheeks agin as she realised she was unable to see Garland, Demyx and the henchman.

The henchman stumbled backwards, blinking in surprise at the change in Demyx. He recovered from the blow as fast as he could and swung a punch of his own at Demyx.

Demyx stumbled backwards a little then kicked the henchman in the groin before running through the fog in an attempt to find Cyzarine.

Garland smirked as he saw Cyzarine crying and picked her up again, throwing her over his shoulder and beginning to head off through the fog.

Cyzarine's eyes widened as she was grabbed, unable to fight because she couldn't see who had her. "Demyx?! What's happening?!" she called, tears running down her cheeks again. I can't see again! she told him mentally.

The henchman let out a yell of pain and fell to the floor, eyes wide in shock.

Demyx spotted Cyzarine and Garland through the fog and raced towards them. I'm coming Cyzarine! He screamed mentally, hoping she could hear him.

Cyzarine winced as Demyx screamed a bit too loud - she'd heard him, alright. "Where are you?!" she asked. "What's going on?! I can't see you!"
