Hell hath no lungs like Hatty

Demyx smiled and skipped after her, feeling a little daft but still laughing.

Cyzarine's smile widened as she saw him skipping, before she slowed to a stop with him beside her. He probably felt daft and her skirt was almost certainly failing to do it's job like that.

Demyx smiled a little, grateful that she had stopped. He wrapped an arm around her and continued walking.

Cyzarine smiled back at him. She didn't really know what to say, but then again she didn't mind some silences. She leant into him a little more.

Demyx pulled her a little closer and continued to walk. "Love you."

Cyzarine's smile widened. "Love you too." She frowned as she realised where they were. "The kitchens aren't too far, now." she told him.

She glanced round almost warily as she entered the kitchen. She had gone a little faster to make sure she entered before Demyx, still protective of him simply because he was human. She knew what some of the housemates were capable of doing.
She smiled at head cook, relaxing a little as she saw she and Demyx were the only ones in there, apart from the cooks. She turned to face him. "I'm going to try and find Mikey, I get the feeling something's wrong." she murmured. "If anyone comes in and starts causing trouble, direct a thought to me."
Not waiting for an answer, she drifted past him gently and out of the kitchen again. Someone in Mandible House was mentally injured, and like hell was Cyzarine going to sit and let them go by without offering her help to them.
Closing her eyes, she honed in on the unintentional cry for help.
The Entrance Hall?
Shrugging her shoulders, Cyzarine started off towards her newfound destination, hoping she was in time and that Demyx would be okay.

"Demyx?" Cyzarine called as she ran back into the kitchen. She hoped he was okay.

Demyx smiled through a mouthfull of toast. "Hello." He mumbled through his food.

Cyzarine smiled wider. "You're okay." she sighed. "I saw some avians headed this way. You know I don't want you as a snack." she explained giggly. She sat down beside him and ordered a glass of lemonade. "Enjoying your meal?"

He paused to swallow his toast. "Well I did see some people walk past the door, but they didn't come in." He shrugged and then smiled. "Aren't you hungry?" He offered her some of his toast that was coated in penut butter.

Cyzarine eyed the toast warily. "What's on it?" she asked, sniffing the air a little. She frowned. "Peanut butter?" she asked.

Demyx nodded happily. "Yup! Good, yummy peanut butter!"

Cyzarine pulled her head back from the toast a little, pulling a small face. "Uhm..." she trailed off with a sheepish smile. "I'm allergic to peanuts." she explained quickly, taking a sip of her lemonade. "So I'll pass, thanks."

Demyx mock gasped. "How do you live without the goodness of peanuts?"

Cyzarine giggled. "I manage." she replied simply. "Question is, how do you stand it?" she pulled a face. "I didn't like it before I developed my allergy." she added, gulping down more of her drink.

Demyx smiled happily and munched his toast. "Because it's fan tabby dastic!" He said, spraying crumbs everywhere. "Oops." He mumbled, spraying more crumbs.

Cyzarine quickly turned her face away, hands covering her mouth and nose. "S...S'ok!" she gasped, trying not to sneeze. She quickly pulled a tissue from her pocket and held it to her nose as she sneezed at last. "Urg..." she groaned.

Demyx quickly cleaned up the crumbs. "I'm really sorry Cyzie!"

But Cyzarine only sneezed again in response. The sound was slightly strange and quite quiet. She sniffed, bloches of red appearing on her cheeks and at the end of her nose. She smiled weakly at Demyx. "...S'ok."

Demyx looked a little upset with himself. "Sowwi." He put on a voice that would not have been out of place on a toddler.

Cyzarine's smile widened. "It's okay, really. I'm fine." she assured him, pocketting the tissue again. "Are you finished?"

Demyx nodded and took his plate to the smiling cook before walking back to Cyzarine. "I'm bored." He announced, his smile faltering a tad.

Cyzarine giggled. "Well, whadda ya wanna do?" she asked, starting towards the door.

Demyx raced past her, tapping her on the shoulder as he did so. "Tag, your it!" He laughed and darted out of the room. It was childish, but it was sort of fun as well.
