Cleansing the soul

Evangeline nodded. "I see...Who's the father?"

"Ryland Blackinton." Aliceabella answered, staring down at her stomach.

Evangeline grinned. "Aha! I know who he is!"

Aliceabella blinked, "Really?" She couldn't help the smile that slipped onto her face.

Evangeline nodded, looking proud of herself.

Aliceabella giggled, "You seem to have heard of everyone."

Evangeline shrugged. "I'm the Puppet Master. I've heard of most people worth hearing of."

Aliceabella tilted her head, "If you'd heard of Damian, does that mean you'd heard of me?" No-one had ever heard of her, despite the fact she'd been on Damian's arm since she was eleven.

Evangeline tapped her chin, deep in thought. "I heard mention he had a wife."

"Anything else?" Aliceabella brightened slightly.

Evangeline pulled a face, trying desperately to remember something else about her. "Umm...lack of respect for her?" it was a bad guess, but it did sound familiar.

Aliceabella's face fell. "That sounds about right." She muttered.

Evangeline shrugged apologetically. "Well if he didn't say anything about you I'm not going to hear about you. Sorry."

A faint smile graced Aliceabella's face. She'd stopped listening after the 'say anything about you' part.

Evangeline blinked. "Aliceabella? Are you okay?"

Aliceabella nodded, "Just thinking." She replied lightly, lying down on the bed and wriggling out of the robe.

Evangeline dipped down to nip playfully at Aliceabella's breasts. She drew back, smirking. "I need to contact someone back in Japan. An old classmate of mine."

Aliceabella blinked then nodded, "Okay."

Evangeline got up and shrugged on her robe again. "Coming? This really is urgent. Time differences are so annoying."

Aliceabella tugged her robe on and stood up beside Evangeline, "I like time differences, they make traveling more interesting."

Evangeline chuckled. "We'll be doing a video conference with her. Chachamaru will use the magic in the resort to help hack into the school so we can have the conference." she opened the door and started walking.

Aliceabella nodded and followed Evangeline obediantly.

Evangeline tried to recall who else would be at the conference but failed to remember.

Aliceabella tightened her robe, patting her hair down.

Evangeline strode into the computer room and looked to a large screen that Chachamaru was hooked up to.
