Michael smiled at the little family and looked at Tom's legs. They looked whole through the tears in his pants but he wasn't sure if the other man would be able to use them or not.

Tom bit his lip as he tried to move his leg. He frowned as nothing happened. "Dammit."

Mikey sighed and lifted up his crying daughter. "Ssh." Nils screamed in outrage at being ignored.

Michael winced when he realized just how many children Butcher and Mikey would have.

Mikey cradled Tamsin gently, singing to her in a soft voice.
"PAPA PAPA DADDY BURDEE!" Nils howled, punching Butcher.

Tamsin stopped crying. Her wings twitched as she looked around, and suddenly Mikey was holding a winged gold fish.

Before Mikey could say anything, the goldfish twitched and changed into a baby hippo. Her wings twitched again. Nils howled at being ignored.
