Human Arrival

Cyzarine nearly burst into tears. "...D-Demyx?" It was hard for her to believe it was the same man before her. He now strongly reminded her of someone she hoped never to meet, see or think of ever again. He was the escence of her nightmares and the man she loved had just turned into him.
Cyzarine couldn't move...fear had paralysed her, as it always seemed to whenever he appeared in her nightmares. She was shaking, though, and she had no way to stop it.

Seeing he had greatly upset her, Demyx quickly began playing his guitar. He changed his appearance back to normal and then quickly took Cyzarine into his arms. She was still shaking. "Cyzarine, are you alright? I'm sorry I didnt mean to scare you!"

Cyzarine felt Demyx and heard him, but it took her a little longer before she seemed to unfreeze and was able to hug him back as tightly as she could. She began to cry, angry at the man rather than at Demyx.
She backed out Demyx's embrace and looked him in the eye, shaking still. "Please don't do that again..." she whispered, her knees wobbling as if they were about to give out from beneath her.

Demyx nodded and gently took her back in his arms. "I wont make myself look like again, I promise....But Cyzarine, what about that appearance was so horrible?" He wondered, because he hadnt known what he had looked like, let alone why Cyzarine was so terrified of it.

Cyzarine swallowed and shook her head, allowing Demyx to hold her again. "He-He...He..." she didn't seem to be able to say anything else. She tried to organise the words in her mind so she could tell him mentally, but found her brain wasn't working. She simply couldn't shake his picture from her mind, and the way Demyx had become him...
Cyzarine shivered at the memory, holding onto Demyx tighter.

Demyx rubbed her back gently. "It's ok..I promise I wont do that again.." He kissed her cheek. "Promise."

Cyzarine nodded. "I...I see him...he's there a-and h-he..." she trailed off, once again unable to tell him. It annoyed her, the way she couldn't even say it, but saying it made it real. It meant it wasn't just a bad dream, it wasn't just a figment of her twisted imagination and it wasn't something she could just ignore.
Because Cyzarine remembered everything important he'd ever said to her, from 'Do, come in' to 'I promise'.
She shuddered again. That promise...she normally frowned on breaking promises, but inthis case she'd gladly make the exception.

Demyx frowned a little, he wasn't quite sure what was bothering her, but he was pretty sure it had something to do with what he had made himself look like.
"Dont worry Cyzie, I promise whoever that person is..I won't let them hurt you." He cuddled her comfortingly, when suddenly he felt a weird surge go through him. His vision flashed red for a moment, as it had done when he'd changed to that appearance that had scared Cyzarine. His vision changed back to normal for a split second before it went red again. He shuddered deeply and struggled to stop himself from hissing in pain.

Cyzarine frowned and backed away, a feeling of dread overcoming her again. She called for the one person she had trusted her experiences to.
"H-Hatty!?" she cried, her voice cracking as tears rose up inside her again. It all seemed to fit too well...
'I'll find him, Cyzarine. I'll find the one you love and I will destroy him! I promise you, Cyzarine...H-Hahahahaa!'
His laughter ringing in her ears, Cyzarine fell to her knees, as the fairy - sensing something was wrong - summoned the strength to flew up from the bin and land on Cyzarine's shoulder.
Cyzarine jumped at Hatty's touch for the first time in five years.

Demyx struggled with a strange feeling within him...A feeling that was trying to make him hurt Cyzarine..
"I wont hurt her.." Demyx groaned in pain, as he sank back on the bed. His fists were balled up tightly and his breath was coming in quick gasps.
"I wont...I wont..." He kept whispering, shaking violently.

Hatty gaped at Demyx as she spotted him. Cyzarine whispered something to her, apparently unable to speak any louder, and she nodded.
"Demyx hold on!" she told him, before turning back to Cyzarine, seizing control of the situation. "Cyzie, you have to put up a mental block for Demyx!" she exlcaimed loudly.
Cyzarine hesitated, but when Demyx let out another groan she nodded. "Okay." she agreed, closing her eyes and bracing herself.

Demyx groaned loudly, pain shooting through his entire body before suddenly...He felt as if someone had sealed him in a box...
"Cyzarine..." Was the only thing he managed to whisper. He was trapped, and could see someone on the outside...Laughing like a mad man.
"Cyzie! Run!" He screamed out, but his voice was muffled by the thing he was trapped in.

Cyzarine's eyes widened as she realised what had happened, before her block was destroyed and she was thrown backwards by an invisible force. She hit the wall and clumped down, groaning quietly. Hatty flew over to her quickly, shooting a horrified glance at what had once been Demyx.
"N-No..." she whispered.

Demyx could see himself moving, yet he had no controle over it and when he spoke...It wasn't him speaking!
"So Cyzarine." 'He' hissed. "Did you miss me?"

Cyzarine flinched and let out a small whimper, looking up at 'Demyx' with tears in her eyes. Even Hatty seemed to be afraid, now.
"H-Hatty..." Cyzarine breathed, not daring to speak louder. "I'm going to put you into Demyx's mind. Explain. Please."
Hatty opened ehr mouth to protest, but Cyzarine had already muttered something else, and she had vanished, leaving Cyzarine and 'Demyx' alone.
Cyzarine began shaking in fear again.

Demyx was staring out of the glass box he was trapped in, staring at Cyzarine desperatly. "Dont hurt her..Please dont hurt her..." He whispered.
Suddenly he heard the sound of fluttering wings behind him.
"Hatty?!" He cried, spinning around.
Sure enough there she was, a look of shock on her face.

Hatty nodded, glancing round at the box. She frowned, clearly worried. "Demyx, are you okay?" she asked. She glanced to Cyzarine and cursed quietly under her breath.

Demyx looked from Hatty to Cyzarine. "I'm sorry! I dont know what happened! I knew I shouldn't of tried changing myself!" He sank to his knees. "I never learn!"

Hatty rolled her eyes. "It's not your fault! Listen, right now the most you can do is let me explain what's going on and then help me try and get through to Mr Bad-Guy out there. Okay?"

Demyx looked up, tears showing in his aqua eyes. "Alright, explain...." He looked out at Cyzarine, worry written plain on his face.

Hatty sighed. "Okay...the guy that's taken over your body is called Garland. We never learned his last name, but five years ago he kidnapped Cyzarine." she paused to take a deep breath. "I met her after she escaped, but he had her for about six to eight months. We're not sure."

Demyx nodded slowly. "But...Why has he taken over me why am I so special?" He stopped as Cyzarine's words finally sank in. [i]"I dont know what you are but you...Special"[i]

Hatty sighed. "It's not what you think," she started, "It's not because of the glow. Cyzie said it's a light glow, not a dark one. The reason he's taken over you is because she loves you and you love her. He promised he'd find the person she loved and destroy him. Clearly he's planning to destroy her first." she explained.
Hatty glanced to Cyzarine again. "I hope she's okay..." she murmured.

Demyx suddenly stiffened. "He wont hurt her. He won't!!!" Demyx leapt to his feet took a deep breath spun around and punched the glass box they were trapped in. He grabbed Hatty in his hand, protecting her as the glass shattered.

Cyzarine blinked as something changed about 'Demyx'. He'd been advancing on her, forcing her to relive things she'd tried to erase from her mind long, long ago.
Looking into 'Demyx's' eyes, she almost crried for joy as she saw his familiar aqua orbs gazing back at her. "Demyx!" she gasped.
