Damian seated himself at the bar and smirked, ordering a drink. He didn't bother ordering one for Wren.

Wren sat beside him and ordered quietly, her opinion still reserved when it came to drinking in bars. Shaking the thoughts from her mind, she sipped at it absently.

Damian downed the shot in one and smirked at Wren.

Wren stared back at him before glancing round the bar again. "Why are we here?"

Wren sighed and continued drinking, glad she'd ordered something fairly weak. She didn't want to end up a drunkard.

Wren glanced back at him, but did no more. "Gonna tell me yet?"

Damian shook his head. "Not yet." He kissed her.

Wren returned the kiss this time, smirking as she drew back. "Why not?"

Wren laughed a little into the kiss, her lips buzzing slightly as they held back the sound.

Wren watched him, looking slightly bemused, before returning to her drink.

Wren watched the barman absently, wrapped in her thoughts. A part of her was dying to know what this surprise was, while the other (a quieter, better-mannered and considerably smaller) part of her was simply chanting 'patients is a virtue'. So she'd definitely lsiten to the former.

Damian smirked and stood up, offering a hand out to her. "Come with me and see."

Damian smirked and led her outside, round the back of the Metro before pressing her against the wall, claws digging into her back.

Wren glared at him as best she could, though it came out a little weak. "Get bent!" she spat, her voice hoarse with pain.
