Peace talks in a city of war

Roxine blinked. "I can? How so?"

Gabriel nodded. "It's pack stuff, and your Lupa so you can help me sort some things out."

Roxine smiled. "Cool." she kept walking.

Gabriel wrapped his arm around her waist. "It'll mostly be sorting out new wereleopards."

Roxine nodded. "Okay. Sounds like when I'm testing new members to make sure they can actually help rather than freeload."

Gabriel nodded. "Yes, that and new baby wereleopards."

Roxine slid an arm round his waist. "Sounds interesting."

Gabriel nodded. "We get about five new births a day."

Roxine's eyebrows rose. "Five a day? Figures. You guys really like your sex."

Gabriel laughed. "That and wereleopard pregnancies last a week."

Roxine grinned. "Hmm, that'll help too." she agreed.

Gabriel chuckled. "Come on, lets get back."

Roxine nodded and took her mobile from some concealed pocket. "Hestia? Yeah, we're fine. Meet you back at the graveyard."

Gabriel smiled. "Is Stephan with her?"

Roxine nodded and closed the mobile. "Yup. They're both fine." she replied cheerily.

Gabriel nodded. "Good."

Roxine smiled and rested her head on his shoulder contentedly, still walking rhythmically.

Gabriel kissed her gently. "Love you."
