Butcher let his head loll back and grinned as he held Mikey close to his chest.

Mikey kissed the bird, careful not to let his fangs get in the way. "You think we'll have kids?" He asked quietly.

"Not right now," Butcher kissed Mike on the forehead to reassure him. "We can have some later if you want them, when things have calmed down."

"A little baby you..." Mikey laughed quietly, tracing the bird. "God, I don't think they can get any more hyper."

Mikey folded his arms under his chin and stared into his lover's eyes.

Butcher craned his neck forward to kiss Mikey.

Mikey kissed back softly, before breaking the kiss. "I promised we'd go shopping together."

"Hmm?" Butcher didn't know quite what Mikey was trying to get at as he lifted a hand to pet his lover's feathers.

Mikey purred. "We said we'd go shopping together for Nils' stuff. I went on my own."

"It's okay," Butcher smiled and ran a hand through Mikey's hair. "Wouldn't want him to get sick and we have more time to cuddle now."
