Tama nodded. "Makes sense. My mother used to tell me to ignore the 'common children' because our bloodline must be pure." she rolled her eyes. "What rubbish. We were the only noble bloodline for miles!"

Integra tensed slightly, "My mother died in childbirth, my father was killed by my uncle who later tried to kill me." She laughed but it came out cold, "What a pair we are."

"I'm sorry." Tama mumbled, feeling foolish. "My family isn't exactly perfect either, though. My parents kept me secret from the villagers just because I was blind."

Integra shook her head, "You don't have to be sorry." She removed her glasses, "It's disgusting your parents would do that to you."

Tama nodded. "I moved here as soon as I was able to."

"How old are you?" Integra took her tie off and undid the top button of her shirt.

"Twenty five." she replied. "But I travelled around a bit before coming here."

Integra nodded, "Older than me then." She relaxed back onto the settee.

Tama's eyebrows rose. "Really? How old are you?"

Integra chuckled, "I'm kidding. I'm twenty seven."

A blush rose to Tama's cheeks. "Oh. I knew that!"

Integra laughed, "Of course you did. So miss all knowing, what am I wearing right now?"

Tama frowned, pouting a little. "That's not fair!"

"Sorry." Integra smirked

Tama scowled at Integra. "So what are you wearing?" she asked, curiosity overcoming her.

"Shirt, trousers, was wearing a tie but I took it off." Integra stretched.

Tama nodded, thoughtfully. "Hey, what's your favourite colour?"

"Dark yellow or maroon." Integra cradled her arm, "You?"

Tama shrugged. "I always say green because of the grass. People always said it was green."

Integra nodded, "It normally is."

Tama frowned. "It can be another colour?"

"If it dries out it can go yellow or brown." Integra explained, taking off her glases and closing her eyes.

Tama nodded even though she had no idea what any colour looked like. "Integra?"

"Yes?" Integra mumbled, opening one eye.

Tama's eyes stared blankly in front of her. "What colour are you? What's 'white' and 'black'?"
