Butcher leaned closer to talk to Chase, "Tom's a nice guy don't squeak at him." His smallest son just looked more confused than before.

Adelaide smiled and sat patiently.

Sisky pulled her shirt back down when Caitlyn finished. "Where is your Ma? No!" Expecting it, Sisky caught her daughter by the scruff of the neck when she turned into a kitten and carried her back to the bed.

Adelaide trilled happily, patting the water.

"Be good," Sisky put Caitlyn down on the bed. The little girl looked around and noticed Chester and Zeke for the first time, deciding it would be fun to sneak up and pounce on them.

Zeke poked Chester. "Ba."

Chase reached to grab Tom's shirt in his hand and snuggled into the man, and Chester watched the kitten creeping towards himself and Zeke, "Ba."

"Uh oh," Butcher looked up when he noticed the two little boys speaking to each other.
